1. General Information

EVO11VING LLC (the "Sponsor") operates EVO11VE Getaway, dedicated to the sale of collectible digital art, in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, including the provisions of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in any promotion or drawing implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Required Legal Notice

No purchase, payment, or transaction is necessary to participate or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

4. Digital Products

Products consist of collectible digital art delivered electronically upon purchase.

5. Prizes and Taxes

The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize value.

6. Method of Entry

6.1 Entry by Purchase

With each eligible purchase, the participant receives a unique collector number representing their entry in the EVO11VE Getaway drawing.

6.2 Free Method of Entry

To enter without purchasing, email support@evo11veagency.com with subject "Free Entry". Full instructions including mailing address will be provided by email.

6.2.1 Requirements

Email must include full name and an express request for free entry.

6.2.2 Mail Entry

Upon receiving instructions, send a legible letter on a 3" x 5" card or paper with: full name, U.S. address, phone, email, date of birth, and free entry declaration. Send in a #10 envelope with proper postage to the address provided. Each valid entry equals one (1) entry.

7. Eligibility

Legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.

8. Winner Selection

Random selection from all valid entries.

9. Image Rights

By accepting the prize, the winner grants EVO11VING LLC the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law

Laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
